This mat is freaking awesome. With hardwood floors, there is no way I could get down on the floor and do exercises. But this mat has definitely changed that.
It is 1 inch thick. I got the Jasper green. It is beautiful and it feels wonderful! It does not smell. It is not slippery. It feels very durable. It is easy to clean. This thing has better cushion than the carpet in my last house. It is a pleasure on my knees. It’s so comfy, in fact, I’m laying on it right now while I write this review.
I really don’t think you can go wrong with this mat. As a fragile 46-year old woman, I definitely recommend it.

I bought this yoga mat three years ago. It is lightweight and easy to store. It is super comfortable because it is so thick. I needed a squishy yoga mat, as I am larger and didn't want to hurt my knees on the ground. There is nothing wrong with my mat, but I would buy another one if necessary. I use it outside or inside. It was worth the purchase price. The mat is really stretchy, which is a downside when I'm trying to do splits and things like that. Sometimes my foot will get caught and the mat will move instead of my foot sliding over the top. Even with that slight flaw, I wouldn't want another type of yoga mat.

I decided that I could not stand the thin yoga mats anymore. Planks are rough enough but if you're using a mat that's as thin as a piece of paper, they're even worse. Then you add in the quality and comfort of this mat and it becomes a downright steal. It was so good, in fact, that I had to order more. One friend has had four knee surgeries and this mat is exactly the extra padding her knees need.
My husband & sons plan to "borrow" my mats for a camping trip this summer instead of buying a blow up mat. They said it was worth the extra space to have the comfort.
If you're in doubt, buy this mat immediately. You won't regret it. When I ordered, Amazon even told me these were backordered and my shipment got here faster than my other packages from Amazon that haven't been backordered. I was incredibly surprised at how quickly they were shipped.

I love this mat! It is really comfortable to use even for my bad knees. I can't kneel anymore without pain, but this mat is thick and soft so my knees don't hurt. I use it to stretch and exercise each night. I completely recommend for people with older bodies.

This is a great workout mat. Perfect thickness and easy to roll up and carry around. It is good quality and durable. Does the job. 

I ordered 2 of these in the bright pink color but they arrived not identical. Please see attached pics. The first one is just as described in a bright pink color and made out of 1 inch extra thick, dense, supportive, cushion-y foam material. During exercises my knees or feet did not feel the hard floor through this mat. One side of the mat is ribbed, the other smooth. My flooring has lots of anti-slip grooves, which helped the mat stay in place.
The second mat arrived in a dull pink shade and the foam is made out of a different looking foam material that doesn't cushion as well as the bright pink one. Perhaps the second one was an older design from older stock or an incorrect model. Will return the second one because the foam is not as supportive as the first.

So thick and comfy to lay on for morning stretching! Super long.
