Perfect size, good grip texture.
This is a perfect sized ball for pilates and has a good grip texture to it. No issues sliding around on my hand when I'm using it. The color is a nice muted blue that is calming, as opposed to a bright distracting color. The ball comes with an Amazon brand pump, which works well to pump up the ball. It does take a bit of time to pump it up, maybe around 2-5 minutes depending on your arm strength 😅 No issues with the ball randomly deflating, no tears, etc. Overall good entry level pilates ball that is affordable.

    I bought this to do a workouts and use for the “bender method” workout videos. It’s perfect! I love that it came with a pump – I don’t think it’s necessary, but it sure is convenient!
    I used it under my body and butt with confidence and no issues during my workout.
    Size is consistent to the original bender ball – I slightly deflate mine to have better grip. Just like the professional football players haha.

    This small Pilates ball rings all the bells

    The ball comes deflated and folded up in a small box along with a plunger type lightweight plastic pump inflator and a screw-in plastic nozzle (they call it a needle). The oump handle has a hidden compartment to hold the nozzle but the cap will not close once the nozzle is inserted. Maybe that’s why the nozzle is shipped in a plastic baggie inside the box and not stored in the handle. If the nozzle were to fit that would reduce the chance for losing it. I’ll just keep the nozzle screwed into the outlet side of the pump and be careful not to snap it off during storage. The ball is easy to inflate but note that there’s no internal air lock to hold in the air once you remove the nozzle. The air will gush out. The trick is to have a finger ready to quickly cover the opening as you withdraw the nozzle, then quickly insert the white plastic plug. If you very slightly over-inflate the ball the steps I suggest work just fine. I’ve seen reviews that complain about air loss after a while. If that happens I’ll try applying a tiny bit of petroleum jelly to the plug. But right out of the box I’m pleased, especially for the price paid. The grip is great. It looks good. I like the blue color. The size is just right. Matches the description.

    Highly recommend. Even though it’s an Amazon Basic product and a bit more expensive than other popular Pilate physio balls, this one appears much better and worth the extra money.
    Reviews from many other popular brands complained of not including a pump or including a “straw” to inflate; struggling to inflate; overly sticky causing damage to furniture; quickly self deflates; off gases from the PVC; not the size indicated or various sizes despite ordering the identical ball….
    After almost giving up on purchasing one altogether, I came across this Amazon brand and am very pleased. It’s not excessively sticky, just enough for its intended purpose. It comes with a pump which was easy and quick to inflate and held the air long enough to insert the plug. I could easily deflate and inflate to required amount as needed without issue. There was no off gases and ready for immediate use. Would be nice if it came in various colours, provided it wouldn’t jeopardize the quality.
