5 stars for the good price and lovely design. Bought the moon-cycle pattern and tempered my expectations before it arrived. Was very pleasantly surprised to find the imagery does indeed look as crisp as it does in the listing! The black is black and the moons are clearly defined. Does offer some slip resistance against the floor, but it's not quite enough for me to feel comfortable wearing socks. Is standard length and a little on the thicker side than other mats. Only complaint is that I have had it out for a few weeks and it does still smell chemical-y in a way that suggests the material itself has an odor (vs. whatever was used for the design). Not strong enough to deter me but worth mentioning- might only go away if masked by dirt/sweat. Still, love this aesthetic mat and am happy with this purchase.

I spent WEEKS looking for the perfect yoga mat. All I could find were ones with 50/50 reviews, saying they fell apart or were terrible quality. The only decent ones I could find were hundreds of dollars.
FINALLY I settled on this one. And I have to say, this yoga mat is amazing- and I'm a pretty critical reviewer, too. After several months of daily use it's still amazing and holding up just fine. It's comfortable on my joints, the design on it is beautiful and perfectly in-tact, and I myself have not caused any rips, imprints or damage to it whatsoever. It goes right back to normal after every use.
(I will say my cat, on the other hand, has left a few holes in it thanks to her digging her claws in it a few times. But through normal use if you have CONSIDERATE cats, there would be 0 damage lol)

I'd say this is a good yoga mat, however within the first few weeks of owning it and using it daily, I experienced lots of pilling/tearing. Now, I've had it for about 3 months and it is nearly unusable due to the amount of surface tearing. The cushioning is good, just enough to help my joints not hurt if I hold a pose for awhile. Until the surface tearing it was grippy and I did not have issues with it being slippery, however now I find it too slippery. I would say for the price, it matches the quality. I would also add that I am a bigger girl and still a beginner, so I would say that might contribute to the tearing since my transitions require a few extra steps.

The quality is just okay, I was expecting a bit better. The mat started pilling after just a week, and now it already looks like I’ve been dragging it from park to park, even though I’ve only used it at home.

I was in need of a new yoga mat and am super pleased with this mat's design, size, thickness, and color — and I really like the shoulder strap that is included. It's the perfect size for crowded yoga classes (not too wide or long), and the thickness seems to be standard, cushioning, and comfortable. I love the green color! The material isn't very absorbant so would recommend adding a yoga towel for those hot yoga classes.

I have been using this yoga mat daily for about a month and it has held up really well. Its extremely plush and the moon graphic is a cute touch overall worth the price
