Does the vest include weight plates?

No, weight plates are sold separately. The vest is designed to fit Polyfit weight plates as well as most standard vest plates up to 13” x 11”.

How many weight plates can the vest hold?

The vest holds two plates—one in the front and one in the back—for balanced weight distribution. Each pocket supports up to 20 lbs, for a total vest capacity of 40 lbs.

Will this vest fit different body types?

How do you adjust the weight?
