I have been using a 12 lb. medicine ball for several years to do various exercises and decided some exercises were too easy. I purchased the Titan Fitness 35 lb. Slam Spike Ball to make some of the exercises more challenging and add some new ones. The quality is excellent and the price is good compared to similar products. The ball is slightly squishy and around the size of those red rubber balls you used in gym class. The ball has a slight bounce, which is perfect to slam the ball on the floor, grab it, and lift it back over my head. The outer material feels like rubber. I am extremely satisfied with the product for my needs.

I have 25lb, 35lb, and the 50lb, slam ball . Excellent equipment my clients dread them. Great value in every way, durable and easy to use. The only complaint is the surface should be soft rubber easier to grip and hold.

Great super awesome item!!! This is a slam ball and DOES NOT bounce. It is a great exercise source and gives you an awesome full body workout and can make you feel the burn. Would be great to have an exercise example sheet provided in the box with the ball. This would be a great asset for folks who don't really know what to do with the ball. Nice material and doesn't slip out of your hands. Made well! Highly recommend to intermediate and advanced exercisers…you will get a great workout.

What an awesome purchase from an awesome company.
First, the company. I bought this on a Tuesday and it showed up on a Wednesday without me having selected one-day shipping. I sent them an email asking if I had made a mistake, and saying thanks. They said they just like to ship things quickly! Pretty fantastic for a 55lb slam ball to show up the next day.
Now – on to the ball. I've used slam balls before and have a pretty good idea of what they are good for (slams/other odd object stuff) and what they are not good for (anything involving a bounce/juggling). What I like particularly about this brand is that it seems to be sand-filled, at least somewhat, which means when you slam it, there is really NO bounce. Not even a little. Despite the rubber itself feeling less durable than others, the sand itself allows it to pancake more (but not so much to be a problem) and then rebound into a basically round shape.
I bought this to use as part of my jiu jitsu training, so I'm not so worried about how easy it is to handle compared to other balls. In fact, one thing I like about the construction is that you can (at least with the 55lb ball) grab it as if it had handles with a pinch grip. With others, you have to scoop your hands all the way under the ball. This ball allows me to do either, should I wish, but the pinch grip is going to be fantastic for my grip strength, and grip strength = durability = longevity in life and sport.
This is honestly the best purchase I've made on Amazon in a long time. Buy one.

I love this 50 lbs Ball. It is super sturdy. I Slammed it over 1000 times. The ball is still just like new.

This has been a solid slam ball so far. I have only used it for a few months not and probably once or twice a week at the most. I have used it on both hard and softer surfaces and it seems to have held up well so far but only time will tell its durability. I've used it as a wall ball too and it's seemed to do good falling 10-15 feet in the air and landing hard. I would say for the price you are getting a good product that will last you. Definitely a good product for a home/personal gym.

This slam ball is solid! It is easy to use and can stand up to some pressure! Definitely worth the $$ as compared to similar products that just cannot keep up.
