—- They remain solid. No complaints still. Choose a weight, jiggle it to ensure it is locked in and go for it. I've still not had a weight malfunction. I use them daily. I just bought a bigger set, same company.
These are an expansion to this old man’s home gym. I’m growing beyond the two 25-pound dumbbells I previously bought from Lispar and Flybird. Bought one at a time, 25 pounds each. They are both nice but taught me a few fine tune details.
This 40 pound set of 2 totaling 80 pounds from Yaheetech is better in a few ways.
The grips are primarily plastic, but they have 4 rubbery grip strips that provide easy on the skin great, but not excessive, control and … grip.
The weights have a flat bottom. When setting down on a foam mat, they don’t roll away!
The use of inequal size weight plates do offer a very welcome set of additional total weight options. 3, 7, 13, 14.5 , 17, 20, 24, 27, 29, 31, 36, 40
The Dumbbells slip into the Racks a little easier than the other two brands.
The weight numbers are in bright white on a black background making it easier for older eyes and darker rooms.
The wights have a better audible click confirming an accepted weight change.
The Racks are very strong and sturdy; but I keep mine on a hard wood floor, so I’ll add 4 felt stick on coasters.
The first sets are 12 months old and holding up very well. I’ll try to update this in 12 months.
These dumbbells work great with my bench and matts.

Worth the money, not much you can say about dumbbell's, but they are balanced, work as they should, and I haven't had any problems with them. For an amateur person getting into shape they are easy, and tidy in the room and doesnt take up to much space so when I get the urge to lift I can and their not in the way. The quality appears to be very good and definitely worth the money.

I purchased this adjustable dumbbell set expecting a safe and reliable product, but unfortunately it has been the complete opposite. While using the dumbbells for a bench press, one of the weight plates unexpectedly fell off mid-lift and almost struck my head. This is a serious safety issue — a piece of exercise equipment should never fail like that.
After the incident, the dumbbell became completely jammed and would no longer adjust to any weight setting. I tried contacting the company directly, and as I explained the situation and asked for a refund, the representative was extremely rude and combative and hung up on me without offering any help. I tried calling back but nobody answered or responded to my voicemails. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially given how dangerous the malfunction was.
I highly recommend avoiding this product. The build quality is poor, the adjustment mechanism failed after very little use of 5 months, and the customer service was unhelpful when I needed them most. Spend your money on a safer and better-supported adjustable dumbbell set.

These are exactly as we expected. Sturdy, adjustable and works great for what we need. Also bout the rack on Amazon to set them on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pair of dumbbells.

A heck of a deal. Able to transform from 4 lbs all the way to 90. Realizing this is not a name brand. One must be careful. When you change the weight settings. Give the unit a nice shake to ensure the weights that are supposed to disengage do so. Really a great value.

I was apprehensive at first spending so much money on these. I bought them for my son who is a workout enthusiast. HE loves them. Uses everyday. So far no issues, good purchase.

Great quality, very easy to use, saves space in my small home. Wonderful purchase!

It's absolutely important to use the bases, as long as you do, they are a complete set of dumbells without the space of a huge rack
