Building on the reputation our F-LITE shoes have built in the cross training community, this new shoe is lightweight, comfortable, flexible and highly breathable.

The F-LITE’s upper is made from a single piece of engineered air mesh that allows your feet to move freely and breathe during your workout. Reinforced overlays at the toe prevent stubs on weights and other hazards, while a MET-CRADLE overlay forms a protective glove around the midfoot to help support and stabilise you during lifting exercises. In addition ROPETEC technology in the arch of the shoe gives you protection during rope climbs.

Feel bouncy and light with the combination of a cushioned POWERFLOW MAX midsole and a BOOMERANG FOOTBED that delivers high levels of energy return during cardio workouts. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole foam strikes the perfect balance between cushioning during high-impact exercises and the rigidity you need to support you when weightlifting.
