I got this to go under a small pedal exerciser. It fits perfectly and keeps the machine from sliding when in use and from scuffing up the floor. Does exactly what I needed it to do.
I bought this for a vibration board. Too thin to be useful for exercise equipment, especially for sound reduction. I don’t recommend this for exercise equipment.
These are great!! I started working out again and didn’t want to kneel on the hard floors, so I ordered these and the other kind to compare. You can see in my video that the silicone one never budged, but the other kind slipped really easily, so I’m returning those. I definitely recommend the silicone pair for a few bucks more!! 🙂 (No incentive or free product by the way. I just know how much I depend on reviews, so I try to contribute and help others make better buying choices also.) So far so good and I will update as I continue using them.
The knee pad offers some relief for people who suffer from bad knees , however I feel like they could be more cushiony they are little too firm , I thought there would be more of a well or divot for your knee to sink into which is needed for a lot of knee based yoga poses. Overall they are certainly better than having nothing to support your knee.
