Say yes to this Mat!
I wanted a larger mat because I am plus size and although the other is fine (regular mat 1/4 thick), my knees killed me during floor work (Yoga). Also, rolling over and stretching I constantly felt like I was on the floor, this mat is awesome! I have no knee pain when stretching or doing floor work and it's been perfect for not only Yoga but fitness as well. I love this Mat! I got the 4×6.

    I love this mat! It’s the perfect size for my workouts which are weight as well as high intensity cardio. I also doubles as a play mat for my kids as it’s on our living room floor.     Good size mat for home gym use. Wide and long enough to be able to use for several things. It says no shoes but I’ve been using my shoes to work out on it. I am glad I got the 6 x 4 ft mat size the bigger one would have been too big for home use.

It is very large and comfortable to use for a variety of floor exercises, but the mat is already starting to come apart and I can see the top part rubbing off. I may try one of their mats designed for use with shoes to see if it holds up better (for the record, I have not been wearing shoes on this mat).

    I've had this for about a month and it's been the best at home workout investment so far. I use it every day. Width is about 2 standard yoga mats togethers. It's nice to have the extra room for various workouts. The Vendor is very specific: no shoes, so I don't use any shoes on it. The prices is extremely reasonable for the quality.
    I have wood floor and I admit that I do wish it was a bit thicker, but the none grip texture makes it worth it because I'm not slipping and sliding.
