I was looking for a large, non-slip exercise mat to do my P90x and Focus T25 workouts on and this is more than adequate for my needs. It's wide, thick and very durable. I use this in my apartment and it does move slightly when I'm running back and forth or jumping… but that's because my floor is carpet, really not a big deal to me. But it's extremely stable on any other hard surface. I would absolutely buy this again, highly recommended.
