I bought these because the wrist weights most places are very clunky. They don’t tighten to a small enough size so the weight moves all around as you swing your arms. They take a few extra seconds to get on than regular weights since they don’t have a ton of excess length. But it’s literally a few seconds and they don’t move. No more loose weights sliding around and irritating my wrists!

As expected. Very small but good for tiny pediatric patients/kiddos. Good for Early Intervention.

I've had bad luck with these type of weights so was happy to discover them. I wish they made them in 2 lb instead of just the 1 lb. I love the 1 lb though for my wrists and I do use them on my ankles but I want a 2 lb on my ankles that are super sleek/slim like these are. If you make them I will buy them.

Smaller than other brands & perfect for petite women. They’re only 1.5 lbs each so I didn’t expect them to be too bulky, but I always have issues with the strap size, as they’re usually too loose. I’m 5’1” & 103 lbs, and I have very thin ankles. Most average-sized weights are a bit too loose & bulky, but these are perfect.

perfect weight for everyday use. love that it can fit discreetly underneath long sleeves. does not make wrists sweaty

In the description for these weights it is stated they are 1.1 lbs. it turned each weight is 1/2 lb. I wanted 1 lb weights, they are useless to me.
