These wrist and ankle weights are fantastic because they are less conspicuous, slimmer, and more aesthetically pleasing than traditional sandbag weights. They are perfect for strength training throughout the day, as they fit comfortably around my ankles and can be easily hidden under my pants. If anyone happens to catch a glimpse of them, they resemble an ankle monitor, which isn't too bad. For the most part, when I wear them during the day, I believe no one notices, and they provide an easy workout just by being worn. The weights are made well, and I like the modern silicon look, which lends itself to looking more like a contemporary large bracelet. The weighted bars inside the silicon are easy to remove if you're looking to lower the weight, and the watch-like straps make it easy to put on and lock onto your wrist or ankle. These work out great if you're looking for that extra challenge when working out at the gym or for that continuous workout throughout the day.
Pros: The weight is great. The look is more modern. Cons: This is probably just me but these are bulkier thanI was hoping they would be. I was hoping to wear these discretely but you can't really. The only reason I took one star off is one of them the hook the strap goes into broke off the first day.
This was a great buy. I love the stylishness and functionality of this product. The material of this product is very skin friendly and it doesn’t irritate you while working out like some other products I’ve tried I would say all in all this product is great if you’re looking for something and comfortable it’s functionality is also a plus.

I wasn't sure if I would like the buckle but it's not bothersome on my ankles at all. They stay put and I like that they are not filled with small bean-like things. I've went thru so many weights because those types just fall apart eventually and pretty quickly. I won't have that worry with these. I only wish they came in a slightly larger or customizable size. I had weights that I could increase as I got stronger, but with this, I'd have to keep wrapping weights up my legs!
