    This is one solid, heavy half ball. It works great for me (more core training on the ball side, rather than balance board). The texture grips my carpet well. It is very tough and heavy duty. The training aids that came with it have yet to be used, but its nice to get a couple of add ons. It's kept pressure for months already. It is rather large, but I wanted that. There is no assembly other than inflating it.

    Can't be inflated without a plug!

    An sich eine gute & günstige Alternative zum originalen Bosu. Dieser Balance-Trainer hat eine gerade und gummierte Oberfläche ohne nervige "Standfüße". Das ist bei den Alternativen zum Original gar nicht so einfach zu finden. Die gummierte Oberfläche geht nicht bis zum Rahmen. Die Gummierung ist nur in dem Bereich mit den Noppen. Leider war bei mir der Rahmen, der die Platte am Ball hält geplatzt. Im Fitnessstudio wird der Bosu hart ran genommen und da ist trotzdem nichts geplatzt. Scheinbar wird beim Bosu ein besseres Material verwendet. Für mich gibt es daher keine Alternative zum viel zu teuren Original.
